Service instead of self-service is good for the Vapiano. However, ordering and paying could have been a little faster. The pizza was good.

I feel like I'm in a train station hall. The prices of the drinks and the food have also risen enormously.

The service was not good. Have eaten much better pizza.

Top service, great quality, the food is quickly on the table, we have always found seats at short notice and good goodwill is also available. What more do you want.

Unfortunately, by changing the concept to operation, very long waiting times even when there is little activity. Also extremely unsatisfactory is the fact that for pizza with gluten-free dough you only get half a pizza as large as usual for the € 1.50 surcharge.

The amount of cheese on the pizza is far too high for my taste. Best to order with little cheese. Thank me later :) Otherwise nice shop, cozy atmosphere, nice and fast service. Can be done!

Absolutely fine for a quick meal. We had ordered 2 pizzas for 4 people and received four plates. The pizza was tasty and the service was great.

There were two of us there, had a date there and had to wait a long time until a waitress came to us. Then she took the order, but 2 ordered drinks never arrived ... the food was very tasty and it could fill you up. There was even a chilli oil on request

We ordered the food at the table and arrived relatively quickly. It wasn't really full, but it took forever to order another drink. The food was ok but not outstanding.

We waited 30 minutes for our drinks and 1 hour for the food. There were definitely 8 meals at the counter that were ready, but no staff to distribute. The concept should be greatly improved. The sauce in the pasta (with both dishes) was more of a soup, we are not used to that at Vapiano.

It was not just the attentive staff that was the absolute hit when we visited, but also the great climate. The quantities are an appealing and filling quantity. Find the place up-to-date for all kinds of occasions whether with man, acquaintances or family. We were completely pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be back.

The food is always good in my opinion, but I am more than disappointed with the service. You hardly recognize a system who is now serving whom. Worse, the service from the bar (it appears to be new and always wears two different pairs of socks). We asked her something and she was just calm. She didn't say anything, nor did she react to which glass has to go. I really don't want to discriminate against this young lady, but a job in catering or dealing with customers is definitely not for her. Due to Corona we were served by four different people who never coordinated and we ate our food, even though we were only 3 "guest groups" (approx. 9 people), only after 45 minutes. Despite this small number of guests, the waitress ran back and forth and just didn't make a good impression. But the highlight was really the lady with the colorful socks, who never spoke. I don't know if she has any restrictions (not meant badly), but in any case she should be better trained in dealing with customers.

Food always fresh and tasty, prices adequate to quality. I am always happy to come back here to eat something Italian.

Since they‘ve changed their type of menu, I‘d not recommend this place anymore. They turned it into one more of the expensive restaurants whose try to create proper italian meals. Especially the new bowls on the list are not worth the money for around 10EUR‘s. Just around the corner you can find a restaurant named „Cortina“ which does a much better job to create italian food in a better atmosphere...

Peaceful place. Food cooked in front of you. Polite and humble service. Good food. What else does a person need at a restaurant!

On last new years eve when all the hotels in Chemnitz were pre-booked and mostly full, by chance looking around we went to Vapiano's around 10:30 in the evening and had pizza's and cocktails without pre-booking. Great location, nice selection of pizza, coffee and cocktails.

the food taste like cardboard I would not recommend this place and its expensive for frozen food. you could make pasta at home for a better taste and still use sauce in a jar! save yourself the trouble don't go.

Pretty standard, run in the mill Vapiano. Nothing special to say about this as the pizzas seem more machine made then human. Pasta was a bit bland but the garlic oil set it better. The crust of pizza was a bit soft and soggy for my taste. But I guess you can't expect too much at a chain restaurant.

The food was decent but so overpriced - I paid €9 for literally pasta with arrabiata sauce, no garnish. I understand it's a chain but at least add a lunch deal that compares with Hans im glück

Come with my girlfriend again and again. The food tastes very delicious, the pizza is thin and crispy and the noodles really taste great! Also the desserts are highly recommended and at the bar you have a wide selection of different wines as well as other drinks like coffee or cocktails. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Definitely a recommendation!

The classic food that you can find in Vapiano. Pasta, pizza etc. The restaurant is very central located and there is a lot of choices to where you gonna sit. Was there last time a Saturday and it was extremely empty which made me curious.

Nothing special. May be it is high rated because it is the only one in Chemnitz :D It is somehow expensive for self-service.

Went there with another 11 people for new year‘s eve and was put right at the back of the restaurant. Food was not tasty. Pasta was overcooked and sticky while my partner‘s one was undercooked. Definitely will try another restaurant next time.
